STEP INSIDE.......​

 

Eight steps lead you up to the part glazed door, and you step inside the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with full views of the Harbour. 

​

The living area has plenty of natural light and is bright and airy. The Kitchen has beautiful hand selected work surfaces inset with twin butler sink and mixer tap with a four zone induction hob with Bosch fan, integrated fridge and AEG dishwasher, plus appliances.

An engineered Oak floor runs from the Kitchen through to the dining and living areas, with good sized dining table and chairs.

Modern gas central heating throughout, with heated towel rail in the bathroom ensures warmth in the worst winter storms.

Our stairs have glass panels and wooden rail lead up to the top floor bedroom (It's the top floor of the building so no noise from above) and luxury modern bathroom and walk in rainfall shower.  
 
The bedroom has a King sized bed with Egyptian cotton linen and two Wolf Rock Robes, with slippers.

Open beams, mood lighting and upper blind automation set the scene for the simply stunning views from the windows right across St. Ives Harbour.

WOLF ROCK is pet friendly for one small, well behaved dog. Please get confirmation with us if you are considering bringing a dog.
